The breakfast was gorgeous and delicious, with a wide range of different options. Excellent very central location adjacent to beautiful sites around Cornwall as well as Saltash.

The clean, spacious and warm room with ample wardrobe and drawer space is suitable for disabled guests while the wide variety and hearty breakfast is the ultimate treat. The owner’s very kind and helpful nature adds to the homey feeling, with delightful homemade cakes upon arrival and puzzles for entertainment.

The access road may be tricky and narrow for larger cars.

We had bright, large room with an extremely comfortable king size bed, a large shower plus a fridge. Location: the hotel was right by the coast and Dartmoor National Park and beautiful sites.

We got great value for our money at Higher Chapel Farm Bed & Breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a delightful view. The location was perfect for exploring both Cornwall and Devon, with plenty of nearby attractions. The staff, especially Jean, were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel like part of the family.

What a find! This hotel is a gem and one of the best I've stayed at. The attention to detail is remarkable – the rooms are immaculate and spacious, with excellent facilities like a fridge and microwave. The location is perfect for those seeking peace and tranquility, offering a good night's sleep away from the hustle and bustle. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast is simply outstanding, with a mouthwatering selection of local products.

The breakfast was okay and had a few options to choose from, including fruit and cereals. There was also free Wi-Fi that worked properly throughout my stay. The location was quite convenient as it allowed me to easily visit different places of interest in the surrounding areas.

The room I stayed in was very small and cramped, with no space to move around comfortably. The bathroom was poorly maintained and had a bad smell, which made the experience unpleasant.

The room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed and a large shower in the ensuite. The views from the bedroom window were amazing, and we even got to see cows and birdlife up close. The lounge/dining room was a great bonus, with a fridge and microwave for guests to use. The breakfast spread was incredible, with fresh fruit salad, homemade jam and marmalade, and a delicious full cooked breakfast. The hosts were brilliant, allowing us to come and go as we pleased and offering helpful advice on places to visit in the area.

The TV in the room was quite small and outdated, but since we had access to a large flat screen TV in the lounge, it wasn't a big issue. The road leading to the property was narrow, but it had a good road surface.

The room we stayed in was clean, bright, and had everything we needed, including a fridge and microwave - a true home away from home. And lastly, the breakfast was a highlight of our stay. The local products used were delicious and really added to the overall experience. We couldn't have asked for a better start to our day.
